By using Woope ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Woope is operated by Arnex Development Studio and is in public beta. Features change, and these Terms change with them. We will tell you in the app or by email about anything material. Continuing to use Woope after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Your use of Woope is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines, both of which form part of these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Woope. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have a parent's or guardian's permission where the law where you live requires it.

You are asked for your date of birth when you sign up. It is used to check the minimum age, and the check runs on our servers, not only in your browser. Only the day and month are ever shown to other people, and only if you switch that on.

By creating an account you confirm that: - The registration information you provide is accurate - Your date of birth is correct - You are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law - You will keep your account credentials secure

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password to yourself, and turn on two-factor authentication in Settings if you want a second line of defence - it is available to every account at no cost.

One person, one identity. You may not create an account for someone else without their explicit consent, impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent an affiliation. This includes username squatting on a name you have no connection to, and profiles that imitate Woope itself or its staff.

You may not sell, rent or transfer your account.

If you lose access to your authenticator and have no backup one enrolled, contact support@woope.eu. We will ask you to prove the account is yours before we can help, and we may be unable to restore access if you cannot.

You keep ownership of everything you create on Woope - posts, comments, discussions, projects, project updates, portfolio pages, community content, quizzes, messages, images and voice notes (together, "Your Content").

By posting Your Content you grant Woope a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display and distribute it within the Platform, and to include it where the Platform itself surfaces content: the feed, Explore, trending, search, community and project pages, and the preview cards generated when a public page is shared to another site. This licence exists so the product can show your content to the people you posted it for. It ends for a given piece of content when you delete it, except for copies already distributed, cached, or held in backups until they age out.

You are responsible for Your Content. You confirm you have the rights to post it and that it infringes nobody else's.

Deleting content removes it from the Platform. Deleting your account does not delete everything you ever posted - our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is removed, what is anonymised, and why some things stay. Read it before you delete.

Woope offers an on-demand translation feature. Pressing Translate on a piece of public content sends that text to a third-party translation service. Direct messages cannot be translated this way.

Content you may not post, share or promote:

• -Anything unlawful, or anything that facilitates or promotes an illegal act
• -Harassment, threats, targeted abuse, or content designed to humiliate a specific person
• -Hate speech, or content attacking people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age
• -Content that sexualises or endangers a minor, in any form, ever
• -Sexually explicit material
• -Graphic violence, or content glorifying self-harm or suicide
• -Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights
• -Malware, phishing, or links to either
• -Someone's private information published without their consent
• -Deliberate misinformation designed to deceive

Conduct that is not allowed:

• -Impersonating a person, an organisation, or Woope staff
• -Spam - repetitive posting, bulk unsolicited messages, or engagement bait
• -Manipulating Woopies, levels, streaks, achievements or view counts by any means other than genuinely using the Platform, including operating multiple accounts to do so
• -Automated access: scraping, crawling, bulk downloading, or driving the Platform with a script or bot. Woope publishes no public API, and access through anything other than the interface provided is not permitted
• -Circumventing rate limits, moderation actions, blocks, or a ban
• -Probing, scanning or testing the security of the Platform without our written permission, or accessing data that is not yours
• -Reverse engineering the Platform, or reselling access to it

If you find a security vulnerability, tell us at support@woope.eu rather than exploiting it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access other people's data in the process.

Communities: if you create a community you are responsible for it. You can appoint moderators, write rules, and ban members from it. Community rules may be stricter than these Terms but may never permit what these Terms forbid. Woope may act on a community directly - including removing content, replacing its owner or closing it - where it is being used to break these Terms or where it has been abandoned.

If you delete your account, communities you own are not deleted, because other people are members of them. Ownership may be transferred or the community may be closed at our discretion.

Projects and portfolios: public projects, portfolio pages and the collaborators listed on them are visible to anyone. Adding someone as a collaborator or team member means naming them publicly - only do it with their agreement.

Direct messages: messages are private between their participants. Who may message you is your setting, and you can block anyone. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted: they are stored on our infrastructure and are readable by us where we are legally required to act, or where they are reported for abuse. Do not use Woope's messaging for anything that requires end-to-end encryption.

Because a conversation belongs to everyone in it, deleting your account does not erase your messages from the other participant's inbox.

Woopies are points inside Woope. You earn them by using the Platform and can send them to other people, lend them, and spend them on things like avatar frames and promotions that give a post, project or profile more visibility for a period.

Woopies are not money. Specifically: - They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services outside Woope - They cannot be bought from us, and we do not sell them - They are not your property, and they carry no balance we owe you - They cannot be transferred out of the Platform or to an account that is not yours to control

We may adjust how Woopies are earned, priced and spent, and we may reverse transactions, reduce a balance, or remove access to the Woopies features where they have been obtained or used in breach of these Terms - for example by manipulating engagement or operating multiple accounts.

A promotion buys placement, not an outcome. It does not guarantee views, engagement or any particular result, and it does not exempt the promoted content from moderation. Content removed for breaking these Terms while promoted is not refunded.

If Woope ends, or the Woopies feature ends, unspent Woopies simply cease to exist. There is nothing to redeem, because they were never a claim on anything.

You can report content and accounts from within the Platform. Reports are reviewed by our moderators. We aim to look at them promptly, but during beta we cannot commit to a response time.

We may remove content, limit an account's ability to post, suspend an account temporarily, or ban it permanently. Some limits are applied automatically - rate limits and spam detection act without a person in the loop, and can be triggered by unusual but innocent behaviour.

If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you can appeal by writing to support@woope.eu. Tell us what was actioned and why you think it was wrong. We review appeals individually. A decision made after appeal is final on our side; nothing here affects any right you have to take a matter to a court or a competent authority.

Filing reports in bad faith - to harass someone, or in volume against an account you dislike - is itself a breach of these Terms.

Our Community Guidelines set out in plainer language what we act on and how.

Woope, its name, logo, design and code are the property of Arnex Development Studio and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, modify or build derivative works from them without our written permission.

Your Content remains yours. Woope claims no ownership of it.

If you believe content on Woope infringes your copyright or trademark, write to support@woope.eu with enough detail to identify the content, the right you hold, and your contact details. We will review it and remove content where the claim is substantiated. If your content is removed on this basis and you believe the claim is wrong, you may appeal by the same route.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data Woope collects, what is public and what is not, who else processes it, how long it is kept, and how to get a copy or delete your account. It is part of these Terms.

Read it. It is written from the application's actual behaviour rather than from a template, and it is specific about the things that are easy to get wrong - what deleting your account does and does not remove, and the one place a hashed IP address is stored.

Woope is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and during beta features may change, break or disappear.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform. Where a change removes something you rely on, we will give notice in the app or by email where we reasonably can.

Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Settings has a data export that gives you a machine-readable copy of your account at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arnex Development Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform - including loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to reputation.

Woope is currently free to use, so our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which is zero.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law - including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Czech or EU law.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. What that removes and what it leaves behind is set out in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice, where it breaks these Terms. That includes: - Registering with false information, or bypassing the age check - Being under the minimum age - Posting prohibited content, or repeated breaches after warnings - Manipulating Woopies, engagement or the ranking systems - Automated or abusive access to the Platform - Evading a previous ban with a new account

Termination for cause does not entitle you to compensation, and unspent Woopies are lost.

These Terms are governed by Czech law, and disputes fall to the courts of the Czech Republic.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your own country, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts there.

We may update these Terms. The revision date is shown at the top of this page, and we will notify you in the app or by email about material changes.

Continuing to use Woope after a change means you accept it. If you do not, delete your account.
